Riko started her career in 2018 at LINE Corporation, where she was responsible for business development and product management in the fintech sector. She then joined Slack as an engineer, while also beginning to pursue another degree in computer science at the University of London. Prior to joining MUIP, she worked as an engineer at Microsoft and launched her own projects, which she pitched at global hackathons. Leveraging her technical background, she joined MUIP in November 2023 to play a strategic role in fostering open innovation between startups and the MUFG Group.
