Ryan joined MUIP in April 2025 as a Senior Vice President focused on US investments and is based in New York. Prior to MUIP, he led Mastercard's flagship US accelerator, Start Path, where he partnered with early-stage fintech startups to drive strategic collaboration and managed Mastercard's $20M early-stage venture fund. He also supported corporate development and M&A initiatives across the organization. Ryan started his career in investment banking at Jefferies, where he gained foundational experience in financial services. He brings deep expertise across venture investing, corporate innovation, and fintech partnerships.
