MUFG Innovation Partners Co., Ltd. (MUIP), a corporate venture capital fund and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUFG, global leading financial group of Japan, and the Israeli Fintech and fund management company Liquidity Capital M.C. Ltd. (Liquidity Capital, controlled by Meitav Dash Investments) have partnered to scale Liquidity’s next generation underwriting platform for Tech companies globally, and to build a future strategic alliance to evolve next generation underwriting platforms for MUFG.

As a first step MUIP is participating in Liquidity’s current equity funding round (via CLA) together with Meitav Dash and other investors. The MUIP investment commitment is for up to 4 million USD at a valuation to be determined in Liquidity’s next qualifying funding round.

The objectives of the partnership are to fund Liquidity’s global expansion and accelerate the development of its technology with an emphasis on automation of the client interphase and to create the base for future integration of Liquidity’s underwriting systems with MUFG to enable better funding solutions for the bank for enterprises and tech companies.
